The green French terry has noticeable weight and a soft, very substantial hand. The smooth right side is matte, while the texture of the loops is visible inside. The fabric drapes gently and holds its shape well. Its substantial body is worth examining in both a single layer and a folded edge.

Softness and knit construction

The weight is 580 GSM, and cotton accounts for 100% of the composition. The fabric is compact, substantial, and fully opaque. Gentle contact with the skin can also be used with the underside exposed on the inside. The loops on the wrong side of the French terry differ from the smooth right side. Compare both surfaces if the wrong side will be visible in a turnback. The noticeable weight will matter when working with a larger length.

A green surface paired with trims and accessories

Green can be combined with white, beige, or navy, while similar shades should be compared using samples in natural light. Ribbed trim has a different texture from the French terry's smooth matte surface, so view the full width of the planned finish. The fabric has a silicone finish. It resists frequent washing and retains its color and shape afterward. Low shrinkage helps maintain dimensions, while a low tendency to wrinkle makes care easier. The knit resists pilling, abrasion, stretching out, and distortion. These qualities are useful in everyday use.
