This white interlock is fully opaque and has a soft, smooth surface. It stretches and returns to its shape when released. The fabric holds its shape well and drapes gently. Its white color can stand on its own, or the surface can be used for sublimation, with the print planned across the individual pieces.

Surface, hand, and construction

The uniform surface can be left visible across larger sections or paired with a contrasting fabric. The interlock weighs 220 GSM. It is compact, lightweight, and medium in thickness. The interlock has a silicone finish. These properties are useful in athletic and everyday projects intended for regular use.

Stretch and recovery

It contains 82% polyester and 18% spandex. The knit stretches and recovers its original shape well. Suitable ease and a stretchy seam will allow the fabric's behavior to be used in a particular garment section.

Drape, opacity, and comfort

It remains soft to the touch and feels pleasant against the skin. The fabric drapes softly, holds its shape, and is stable. Its gentle feel is useful in pieces worn close to the body. Sewing and finishing

Full opacity is worth considering when planning layers and finishes. When folding an edge, assess the thickness of several layers, particularly where a hem crosses a seam. Also check the hem, since the number of layers and stitch type affect the stretch of the entire edge. The knit is suitable for year-round projects, depending on the style and how the layers are combined. Before sublimation printing, test this knit to select the process settings and assess the appearance of the artwork. For the sewing test, use the number of layers that will be present in the final seam.

Care and durability

It withstands frequent washing well, retaining its color and shape, while low shrinkage helps maintain its dimensions. The fabric resists abrasion and pilling. A low tendency to wrinkle makes it easier to preserve a smooth surface. Resistance to stretching out and distortion helps maintain the shape as the knit repeatedly stretches and recovers.
