All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Saint-Laurent Quebec, Canada. We partner with major carriers - including Canada Post, FedEx, and Purolator - to ensure your fabric arrives safely and efficiently.
Standard Processing: Please allow 3-9 business days for our team to cut, pack, and ship your order.
Sale & Peak Periods: During high-volume sales or seasonal promotions, processing times may extend up to 3 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we carefully cut each order.
Tracking: As soon as your label is created, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Carriers: Canada Post, FedEx, and Purolator.
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and after discounts) ship FREE via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Standard Rates: For orders under $150 CAD, live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Oversize Goods: Orders exceeding 40 lbs (18 kg) may incur an additional heavy-goods surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to shipping.
We offer a seamless cross-border shopping experience for our American customers.
Carriers: Shipments are handled by Canada Post (transferring to UPS) or FedEx Cross Border.
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD (before taxes and after discounts) ship FREE.
Duties & Taxes (DDP): We ship "Delivered Duty Paid." This means all duties, tariffs, and import fees are included in the product price. You will not be charged any surprise fees upon delivery.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, FabricsOnline.com is not responsible for transit delays due to weather, strike action, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
However, we are here to help. If your package appears lost or stuck in transit:

Contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange for a replacement or resolution.

Fabric is sold in increments of one meter. You also have the option to order a sample swatch. All sales are considered final.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of payment.
For local pick-up, your order will be available within 2 business days. Please be advised that orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
During promotional periods, extended shipping times of up to 3 weeks may occur.
We are unable to retroactively apply any discounts.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we are not liable for any delays that may occur during transit due to weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a package being returned to our facility, it can be resent or refunded. However, this will result in additional shipping charges.
We will provide full assistance with any lost or stolen packages. A refund, credit, or reshipment will be processed only after Canada Post or FedEx concludes their investigation.
Oversized orders exceeding 40 lbs may be subject to additional shipping costs, which will be calculated and communicated upon packing.
All sales are final. While we strive for the highest quality, in the event you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. We are unable to accept returns for fabric that has been damaged in the washing process or laundered incorrectly.
When you place an international order, you agree that your package may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility and are not within our control.
We are not liable for any delays that result from customs processing.
If a package is returned to us because you refused to pay these fees, we may issue a refund at our discretion, minus any shipping and handling costs.
By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with your country's customs laws and regulations.
Please be advised that the color of the fabric may vary from what you see online due to differences in monitor and device settings.
To ensure the longevity of your fabric, we highly recommend following the provided care instructions on both the product listing and the label. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper laundering.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory discrepancies or operational closures. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately to discuss an appropriate resolution.
